Dodge Viper Steering Rack Bump Stops

Replacement, more durable steering rack bump stops for Gen 2, 3, 4, and 5 Dodge Vipers.

• These stops limit the travel of the steering rack, and serve as a soft bumper to prevent metal-metal contact between the inner tie rod and the inner structure of the steering rack.
• The rack bump stops are installed between the inner tie rod and the rack in the rack & pinion assembly. It's recommended to change these with inner tie rods.
• OEM stops are no longer available, and often broken or disintegrated inside the steering rack.
• These replacements are made of Acetal (aka POM or Delrin) and are more durable than the OEM material, while still providing shock absorption compared to metal-metal contact.
